Payments and Cancellations Policies:

We can accept a 10% deposit to book your trip with the balance due 45 days before arrival through a credit card or bank wire transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future trip in the event of a cancellation. If the client cancels their reservation 45 days or more prior to the 1st day of travel, they will be refunded 10% of the package price (45-30 days = 50%, 30-15 days = 25%, less than 15 days = no refund). No shows or unused portions of the itinerary are non-refundable.

Traveland Costa Rica and all the providers (partners) have a Civic responsibility and liability insurance policy. Most of the guides and drivers are trained in first aid/CPR in case of emergency. However, we highly recommend you have your own travel insurance with a reputable company prior to coming to our country. Traveland Costa Rica assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from acts of nature, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies, or change in transit.
