There is also 2 swim up bar Point Break and Point Break The Sequel and bar Tortuga by the pool, Premiere Bar & lounge bar. As Wellness and Sports, there is a kids club, water sports, there is a volleyball court, Pumped Fitness Center and PH Spa & Beauty Bar. There are daily activities by the entertainment group for adults and children. Every night they have live music or special events, they provide internal transportation and also room service.

This hotel does not accept pets.
The hours are as follows:
Check-in: 3:00 pm and does not include lunch. Check-out: 12:00 noon and you can have lunch. Breakfast: 7:30 am to 10:00 am Lunch: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm Dinner: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Snacks: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Bars: until midnight Swimming pools: 8:00 am to 8:00 pmAt 8:00 am, it includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages, it has an additional cost of $35 per person. The room is handed over at 3:00 pm.
Check out day, the room is returned at 12 noon, at that time they are given a ticket for lunch and lunch is served from 12 noon to 3:00 pm. Then the client can stay in the facilities until lunchtime. If you wish to continue using the all-inclusive until 4:00 pm there is a cost of $50 per room.
We can accept a 10% deposit to book your trip, ask about our payment options.
The balance is due:
- Low Season: 10 days before arrival day.
- High Season: 15 days before arrival day.
- Peak Season: 30 days before arrival day.
Deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels their reservation after fully paying, they can only move the dates of the trip if that is approved by the hotel. No shows or unused portions of the travel dates are non-refundable.
