Punta Uva Sea Kayak & Rainforest Hike

We will drive to the most beautiful location in the area, Punta Uva. This trip consists of three sections. After a safety briefing we will first embark in a magical Punta Uva sea kayaking journey paralleling a coast full of cliffs, caves, and the most amazing rainforest. Then we will paddle our way up river though gorgeous rainforest where you can expect to spot monkeys, sloth, colorful birds, river turtles, bats and iguanas. Your professional guide will deliver a lot of interesting insights on this wonderful eco system. Back at the beach we will take a nice break to relax, swim and enjoy some nicely presented fresh fruit and snacks before hiking to the great over view at Grape Point.
Cahuita Snorkeling & Rainforest Hike

Cahuita National Park has the largest system of Coral Reefs in Costa Rica, including 6 species of coral, a wide range of colorful tropical fishes and the occasional encounter of a harmless reef shark or stingray. This beach has a horse shoe shape, with the entrance of the park at one end and beautiful Punta Cahuita at the other end. We start with a scenic 20 minute boat ride to have two snorkeling sessions. Then we get drop off at the Punta to enjoy a delicious fruit and snacks break at the beach followed by a 1 hour guided hike in this wonderful coastal forest: monkeys, sloths, birds, poison dart frogs, iguanas and other interesting encounters are common.
Manuel Antonio Night Walk Tour

This is an adventure in nature, which is done walking along a dark path. It is mandatory to bring closed shoes for safety, and long pants are highly recommended. We remind you that we are in a natural environment, so we will see animals completely randomly
Nauyaca Waterfalls & Hiking

This tour starts at your lodging place, then continues for one hour and a half by car to the Nauyaca Waterfall Nature Park Office where a special 4WD will take you down the hill to the Shelter, where there are picnic tables, hammocks, restrooms, and showers. Then you will start hitting the trail for about 15 minutes till you will get impressed by The Nauyaca Waterfalls, which are in a canyon approximately eighty meters wide. Where one of the falls is forty-five meters high in free fall and the other twenty meters high in stepped fall, forming at the foot of it a pool of a thousand square meters and six meters deep. Followed by other natural smaller-size pools which can be used for the enjoyment of the whole family.

Manuel Antonio National Park

Manuel Antonio National park is one of the smallest protected areas in Costa Rica but still though is one of the most visited, all this is due to the simple reason of having one of the twelve best national parks in the world (according with Forbes Magazine) also because it possesses incredible beaches and a great diversity of animals such as Sloths, Monkeys, Lizards, Birds, Amphibians, Snakes, Insects and more that are easily accessible for our guides to find them in the middle of the dense forest. The tour on the trails takes two hours ending at the beaches, where the beach time is at the client’s disposition. We will place at your disposition three different schedules for the shuttle to return to your hotel once you are out the park.
El Refugio Night Tour

El Refugio Night Tour is a light 2-hour walk in search of the creatures of the night, recommended to anyone who wants to see wildlife such as sloths, armadillos, porcupines, possums, coatis, olingos, and kinkajous, as well as sleeping birds and a wide variety of insects, among others.
Animals in Monteverde Costa Rica are more active and prominent during the nighttime when they come out in search of food and shelter, so you will have a lot more chances to see them on a night tour.
El Refugio is a premier location to see bird species such as the quetzals, mot-mots, and toucans; land animals such as monkeys, coatis, olingos, sloths, frogs, snakes, and a large variety of insects. On a typical tour, you will see between 3 and 5 mammal species, 5 to 10 bird species, a couple of snakes or frogs, and many types of insects. This is the widest variety of animals you will see on any other night tour in the area.
You will join a group of four to six people, with a local tour guide who will give you an introduction and flashlights before starting the walk on the trails of El Refugio. Spots are limited, so you need to book in advance.
Restrictions: El Refugio Night Tour is not wheelchair accessible, and it is not suitable for kids under the age of 5.
Monteverde Guided Hike Cloud Forest

Monteverde Reserve is located on the Continental Divide, the boarder between the Pacific and Atlantic sides of Costa Rica. On a clear day you can see the Pacific ocean from way up high in the mountains, even though it is miles away!
Arenal Volcano Expedition

We begin the tour by heading to the El Silencio Private Reserve, to get as close to the base of the volcano
as possible by vehicle. Next, we will walk approximately 1.5 kilometer along a volcanic stone path with
a moderate degree of difficulty, until we reach the viewpoint, the closest point to volcano permitted to
access. At the viewpoint, our guide will provide relevant information on the formation of the Arenal
Volcano, its periods of activity, as well as unpublished details of its first eruption in 1968. You can also
enjoy the excellent views of the Green Lagoon and Lake Arenal. On the guide’s indication, we will begin
our descent back.
Part of the trail around the Arenal Volcano features patches of regenerating forest that were originally
affected by ancient eruptions. With a little luck, this 1.5 km (1 mi) trail will provide us with the
opportunity to see a wide variety of plants and birds that inhabit the rainforest, like toucans, turkeys,
orioles and sometimes peccaries and snakes. At the end of the tour our driver will be waiting for us with
a delicious snack of tropical fruit before returning to your hotel in La Fortuna.
If you wish, you can add a visit the hot springs of your choice (additional cost) where you will enjoy the
thermal mineral waters for approximately three hours on your own. Afterwards, we will pick you up to
take you back to your hotel in our modern minivans.
Celeste River and Tenorio Volcano National Park Hike

This is, without a doubt, one of the most incredible places in Costa Rica; where magnificent turquoise
waters combine with the lush, surrounding nature. Located on the slopes of Tenorio Volcano, this
unique river amazing guests with its incomparable beauty.
This tour begins with a 7 km. (4.3 mi.) long trail through the rainforest. Along the way, we will come to
several sites of interest, starting with a visit to the magical waterfall of the Celeste River, followed by
the Blue Lagoon, formed by a calm river breach, and the viewpoint of the Tenorio Volcano and its
surrounding hills. Later, we find one of the highlights of the walk, “The Teñideros” (the Dyeing Pot)
where the river acquires its characteristic color.
As we conclude our hike, we will continue walking along the river banks, admiring its bubbling waters,
thermal water springs, and the beautiful natural environment. Finally, a delicious lunch will make for a
spectacular closing of our visit to one of the most interesting places in Costa Rica.
La Fortuna Waterfall Tour

This tour begins by descending the 500-meter (0.31 miles) trail to the magnificent La Fortuna Waterfall, renowned for its 70 meter (230 feet) high falls and its crystal clear waters. Along the trail, you will observe plants, trees, and animals, which inhabit the area like sloths, toucans, orioles, butterflies, and more. You can choose to swim in its refreshing waters, take amazing photographs, or simply relax and take in all of the beauty of the La Fortuna Waterfall. At the end of the trail we will enjoy a delicious fruit break to recharge our batteries.
