Native, born and raised in Costa Rica, local certified guide, graduated from INA and ULACIT with over 10 years working in tourism. Dynamic and enthusiastic. Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Spanish and English proficiency.

Passionate in nature, adventure and culture! Used to welcoming visitors with open arms, making sure they are having a good time and all of their expectations are being met.

Always been in charge of guest relations working one on one with visitors, gaining valuable experience understanding the needs of visitors, and learning about different cultures from all around the world.
