Verified El mejor viaje de todos! Este viaje fue increíble, y se lo debo todo a Erick en Traveland. Él se aseguró de que yo estuviera 100% contento con el itinerario. Fue más allá. Estuvimos en contacto constante con él durante todo nuestro viaje de principio a fin. Mi marido y yo estábamos tan contentos con Traveland que estamos planeando volver el próximo año con nuestros hijos! Traveland Costa Rica planned a perfect trip for me once before so when my cousin wanted to plan a girl's trip to CR, I knew Erick was our guy. Once again, he executed flawlessly. It really is as simple as choosing which package of hotel, excursions and transfers fits your budget & taste and Erick does the rest. In this case, I was flying from a different location than my family and missed my flight. I flew in the next day. Erick was on top of things, keeping in touch and made arrangements to make sure I still reached my family safely. Although I arrived a day later, Erick was able to move our scheduled activities around so quickly and well that we didn't even realize changes had been made. We didn't miss out on anything. Once again, excellent service. And I, without hesitation, recommend Traveland Costa Rica for your CR travel packages.

Verified Increíble de principio a fin. Erick de Traveland Costa Rica planeó un viaje de chicas perfecto para mis primas y para mí. Todo, desde el hotel hasta los traslados y las excursiones, fue increíble. No nos perdimos nada. . . tirolesa, santuario de animales, caminata al volcán, baño de barro, tour de chocolate y café, paseos a caballo. . . Y todo transcurrió sin problemas. Esta no es la primera vez que uso Traveland y definitivamente no será la última.

recommends We just returned from a wonderful ten day tour of Costa Rica and used Traveland Costa Rica to plan our trip. We highly recommend them and will use them again. They were very thoughtful, attentive, and responsive to our interests and needs and excellent at communicating every stage of our traveling process in a timely manner, including any necessary follow-up while traveling. We have been coming to Costa Rica for over 13 years and this trip was, by far, one of the best. We went to several destinations including Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, Sarchi, San Jose, Cartago, and San Gerardo de Dota. The entire trip was seamless and without any incidents that effected our travel. We really enjoyed this trip and would gladly use Traveland Costa Rica for planning all of our future trips to Costa Rica. We enjoyed working with Erick Vega Alvarado and can't wait to return. Pura vida!

They did a fantastic job for us booking tours such as the Indigenous Bribri and Cacao Tour, Tenerio National Park and Rio Celeste Guided Hike, and Charter Fishing in Santa Teresa. All guides were certified, very knowledgeable, professional, and spoke both spanish and english very well. All our travel arrangements via the Interbus met us at our hotels and were on time. Traveland checked into each tour and travel arrangement the day before to make sure everything was all set. They contacted us a day before a scheduled tour to let us know it was being cancelled due to weather. Traveland staff were very professional, easy to understand, straightforward billing, follow through, and we felt very secure with all of our arranged tours and travel. I would highly recommend!

There isn't a shared shuttle that goes from San Ramon to Samara but Traveland went the extra mile to try and track down a service, while other agents would just drop the ball and sometimes not even reply. 5 stars for good communication, extra effort and good P.R.

Erick is amazing is all I have to say!!. I found his details online and decided on a whim to have him cater our trip to Costa Rica, from the beginning, he responded accordingly and answered ALL questions e.g. Covid protocols, he set up transportation from pick up at the airport and all the activities I engaged in while in LA Fortuna -zip lining, water rafting, ATV, coffe and chocolate tour, and even reached out to the restaurants I wanted to visit as I was celebrating my spouse's birthday. He is a text away as was evidenced when we were stranded downtown and he called and had a taxi service pick us up, I am not computer savvy however working with him was super easy and seamless -got all needed documents, even the process of getting our Covid testing while in La Fortuna went without any glitches. I do not have any complaints whatsoever, the hotel was lovely -Arenal Manoa, Erick of course had that sorted out and they had a wonderful surpirse ready for us on our first night for the bday celebrant, this was also done at the restaurant _Inspira. I was in awe regarding his extensive reach in terms of getting any and every need met during our stay. I have reached out to advise him that he will be planning my trip to the Caribeean side of Costa Rica next year, that's how wonderful he is, cheers Erick for making this exprience one of a kind and for being a part of our 2021 memories. You are truly appreciated and I thank you ever so much, gracias and Pura Vida, yes I learned that phrase very quickly in La Fortuna !

recommends My wife and I decided to use Traveland Costa Rica to plan our trip from Houston TX USA to La Fortuna. Our planner, Erick, is not only a certified agent but he also has personal experience having been a tour guide before. With this combination, he was able to create a perfect custom itinerary but also with a personal touch. He managed the usual such as transportation, board and tours. But he also introduced us to local food and hot spots. Everything was flawless, even to the minor details, from being to end. Costa Rica is a beautiful country and we are already making plans on going back to explore other places. Erick with Traveland is definitely our go-to guy. This trip was everything and more. I am so glad I found Traveland Costa Rica. My husband and I were planning a trip from Houston TX, USA to La Fortuna Costa Rica and had no idea where to begin. Our planner, Erick took out all the guesswork and provided us with multiple itineraries to choose from. Once we decided, it was smooth sailing from there. From beginning to end, everything was taken care of down to every last detail. Even Covid testing. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. We received all that we asked for and more. This was professionalism at its best with a personal touch.
